We take our student satisfaction very seriously and will bend over backwards to get you the resources to be successful in the course that you choose. There are few challenges that students face that we cannot help them overcome with a little ingenuity, compassion and resourcefulness. We firmly believe that when you put the student first everything else just falls into place.

In the event that a refund is the agreed upon solution the following guidelines apply:

1. Students who cancel program registration prior to the first day of instruction are eligible for a refund, less a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the program fee.
2. All programs are nonrefundable after the start date.
3. We offer a 15 day money-back GUARANTEE on our courses. Courses are non-refundable 15 days from purchase.
4. Students that pay in full for a program may be due a refund. Refund amount will be determined solely by Vertex school administration.
5. Regardless of the situation, there will be a 10% processing fee that is included in all transactions and is not refundable. When you purchase a program or course you hold a seat that can not be filled by somebody else.
6. We reserve the right to modify these policies on a case by case basis.
